Recommend automatic duplex print scan copy printer

Need a print scan copy printer and appreciate any suggestions / comments.

usage
1. scan kiddo pre-school and enrichment homework into digital copies for re-printing.
2. copy kiddo homework
3. Dealing most 2-sided papers so automatics duplex print, scan and copy is Impt.
4. Weekly affair

I kinda saw HP 9010 and Canon MB5470.

personally I am using Brother DCP145C (a decade or more?) and like their quality and simplicity.
Appreciate any suggestion/review of the HP9010, Canon MB5470 or recommend something else if u have good experience with.
