Recommend best NAS for $500

Which is the best NAS to get for less than $500 right now? Need at least 3TB after raid 1 redundancy and best if the NAS interface is user friendly :D

500 include drive or don't include?

if include, then u max can get 2 bay NAS only.
1 x 3tb ~120, raid 1 u need 2 x 3 tb so 240 liao. left 260. get something like synology ds-216j. very entry level one.

if dont include drives, then can get ds-216+ ~ 500 bucks. but 2 bay only.
if not can get ds-416 500+. or asustor 3204t also 500+
