To go with gtx 680 or 760. BTW, which is better? Used GTX 680 with warranty or new GTX 760? since both is about $400. Looking to play next gen games like bf4 and gtaV on high settings on 1080p. TIA

Gtx760 will do.

Cheapest will mobo will be MSI b85m-e33 + i5-4430 ~ $320

If you want the cheapest gtx 760 would be the palit gtx760 jetstream 2gb at $355. All from tradepac. Take note it is 2 years warranty though. If top up a but more can get the MSI gtx760 at $400.
