Recommend DIY budget gaming rig

I am intending to get a gaming rig of budget $1000. Not including Mouse, keyboard, monitor and OS. Will be using DELL U2312HM as my monitor. I would be playing mainly games such as LoL, Dota 2 and Blade & Soul. Being able to play Blade and soul in moderate settings smoothly.
