Thinking of building a new one from scratch. Mainly use for playing games like dota2, pubg, cities, Monster hunter and other future games that may interest me, so I’m looking for something more future proof. Occasionally will use it for 3D CAD for engineering drawings too. Will like to be able to support 2 display as well.

Budget around $2k+~3k? Exclude monitor etc.
