Recommend for a notebook less then $600

In need of a budget notebook that is within the $600 budget. Usage for using this is just purely for basic daily use like, watching streaming videos, internet, cooling.

Need some recommendations. Would getting those notebooks in the PC Show be any cheaper?

Need office? If don't need can get chromebook with spare money to upgrade ram and hard drive (depending on model)
