recommend for upgrade

Recently my MB just died on me. so I am considering to upgrade it. I know that if I change my MB, I will need to get a new RAM and CPU along with the new MB and the rest will remain.
so what is the current bang for the buck 6core CPU?
and recommend an MB with the CPU and a 16GB RAM.

A day or two ago, Ryzen 5 2600x was selling at USD$160 in amazon, with two free games. Now rise to USD$174 liao. Too late. Still got 2 free games though.
