Was attracted and using Razer Deathadder for their ergonomic design. Gave up after using 2 deathadder when their left click is not working after 1 year each.
I've been using stealseries mouse for sometime after that (Rival 100 and 300 previously), and bought Rival 600 recently. Sightly above your budget of $150.

Logitech G703 is good for gaming. Very simple, basic and familiar for gaming. Main attraction is affordability. Still uses the high-end PWM3366 sensor. About 24 hours battery life and can charge wireless..
