hi, i got a OEM win7 home premium 64bit somewhere, i suppose it can be installed on the new rig?

i've no knowledge on assembling a pc, getting parts from lazada will pose an issue to me. so preferably to buy everything and build at a local shop. is there a big price difference for those parts?

Hmmm I would guess about a 40 dollar difference (or more if you use the extra discounts in Lazada)

Anyway all from PC themes

And yes, you can use the Windows 7 installation
