V1 out of the box review generally is good.

But usually better to opt for barebone and get your own switches and keycaps, which should be easy even for complete novice, it's just plug and play if you don't want to lube the switches which is fine tbh.

Next time when you are feeling it, just watch some tutorials on how to lube your stabilizers, which usually is one of the more beneficial mod/tweak to improve how your space bar sound.

Hi guys. Looking for a tkl or full size keyboard with the following requirements
- software that allows per key rgb. Programmable keys and macro added bonus
- dedicated volume knob
- hot swappable

Currently using corsair k95 platinum and I'd like the new keyboard to have similar software. Thanks

Keychron Q3 which is a TKL.

Oops but i not sure about per key rgb but i know it has RGB and can be programmed. I have it, but too lazy to do any RGB programming. Just too kiddy for me to bother.

Thanks. Was looking at that too until i read about the qmkvia software. Not sure if it allows per key rgb. Mostly when i play games like elite dangerous or ms flight sim. Got so many keys to press. I usually put different color on different groups. Maybe flight green color. Weapons red color and so on. Unused keys remain unlit. So i don't get confused. Lol

i see i see. i nv tried as i dont use the rgb on my keychron as my keycaps is not see through. So RGB is pointless for my use case.

Did you manage to find a non-Corsair keyboard that has per key programmable RGB?

Any user here with Keychron Q2? Look at this to replace my gmmk 2. How's the Q2? Is it good as compare to Akko mod05?

Get it, its great. I went from a YMDK 96 to a Keychron Q2. In my honest opinion, you can never go wrong with the Keychron Q series. Absolute solid line ups.

I own the K1 and a few akkos.

Build and feel wise is definitely better due to the base. The akkos aren't bad but alu mount of the k1 makes a noticeable difference when you type.

I received my KBD67 Lite R4 back in Nov, until now still haven't build yet. :s13:

Only completed and started using my RK100 build last June, after leaving it sitting around for more than a year.
Find a public holiday, 1 day can settle if not lubing switches
