Recommend Laptop & Desktop

My sister is trying to purchase a laptop and maybe a desktop for her sons for both gaming and studying, not sure on the budget but of cause not too high (Maybe 2k+ for each)
Hope someone can recommend some brands and models or specs as I am quite an IT idiot in this.

1. Elder son play games like Minecraft, League of Legends, Dota 2, Steam (Multiple games) - Laptop
2. Younger son play games like Minecraft, CS Gold, Roblox, Steam (Multiple games) - Desktop / Laptop

Eeeeh I would skip the 3500 and go for a 4000 series.

Or just get Aftershock laptop

Better check on when they can fulfil order though. No point good deal now but need to wait 2 weeks or more for stock to be delivered if need to use soon.
