@Yongkit is very resourceful indeed but having to stick to this due lnsufficient budget is not easy and
also short of OS, monitor, mouse & pad, keyboard, speaker and control pad.

You are correct I do miss out the os and other peripherals  TS will need to source by himself on those as it have too many options and variety to choose from.

CPU Cooler -ID-COOLING SE-226-XT Black - S$52.50 Shopee. Under this sim lim shop call Make Fine. Can walk in and buy. Save S$5.25.
CPU cooler can even go cheaper like using ID-COOLING SE-224-XT or COOLERMASTER HYPER 212. Both cost ~S$38 in Sim lim. Can save ~ S$19.

Case - Asus TUF Gaming GT301 Argb Mesh TG Casing - S$60 Dynacore Sim Lim. Save S$19.

Nice price.

For the CPU cooler just need to make sure it is LGA1700 ready with the mounting bracket then it will be good too to consider the recommend good option.

Further cutting down on Yongkit's build, I'd suggest the following to get closer to the budget.

PartPrice
i3 12100F + MSI Pro B660M-A Wifi DDR4$371
Asus Dual RX 6600$518
Crucial Ballistix 16GB DDR4 3200$90
Silverstone Fara H1M (or whatever case really)$69
Crucial P2 1TB$128
Superflower Legion GX Pro 650W$105
Total$1285

All from Dynacore. That's as low as I'd want to go while keeping the system reasonably modern.
