Just to share the 3 pairs that i will be looking at this week.
3 pairs in focus are gbpjpy, usdchf and eurjpy.
GBPJPY
I see a bear flag for GBPJPY
Price has cleared strong support in pink. Will look to short either when price retest pink zone or when it breaks out of the triangle pattern. Low risk with the trend trade coming up!
USDCHF
No trade for me until price test pink zone
Daredevils can look to long it when the week starts. Trend followers like me will look to short around pink zone instead. It boils down to what is your trading rule? Have you created yours yet?
EURJPY
Support or break of support?
Depends on how you see it, price has either broken support or it is still supported.
Based on the daily chart, it is a clear break of support.
This gives me the inclination to short when price retest zone in pink.
Final Comments
I have a mail from a reader who ask me to show him my statement to prove I’m good.
I replied that firstly, I am not even charging any money for my signals.
Secondly, just because I am profitable it does not mean he can do the same.
There is an element of psychology and money management in trading that is tough to replicate.
Of cos I didn’t show him my statement, but I flashed 2 charts to calm his agitated soul.
If you guys want to see it, here it goes.
Trade Signal #86 EURUSD
Step by step of how I executed my short on Trade Signal #86 EURUSD
Yes I did not hang on for 200 over pips, but I did pocket 126 pips for EURUSD and it was done via a limit sell entry.
Trade Signal #81 GBPCHF
People like to ask whether we really protect our positions. This picture says it all
See how my short limit order was triggered right at the top. See also how I enter a 2nd position after the break of a support trendline.
Most importantly, see how I protect my trades when it turns against me. Yes, we do what we say, we always protect our positions when we are in profit.
End of the day, the only thing that really matters is whether your pockets are deeper as the weeks pass by.
Do you guys agree?
