Budget wise as low as possible.
this is helping my friend to ask because he's still a student.

But for sure i can say 1gb vram is not gonna last you very long if you wanna play future games.

To be on a safe side ask yourself will you be playing future games? Or will you be just playing LoL and thats it?

If future games please fork out more and get at least a minimum gtx650ti with boost 2gb. Or 7850 2gb
