I'm using Logitech MX Masters 2s at work. It's amazing. The comfort level is up there and that free spin scroll wheel helps with long excel and emails.

But I don't think it's good for gaming. Firstly, the software must be used to adjust DPI and other settings, nothing can be adjusted on the fly. Limited options/macros for extra buttons. Worst of all, it's freaking heavy. Not easy to manuver during gameplay.

Suggest gaming mouse if you play games. I had a G602 for a while. The mouse tracking is wonky at times. Need certain surface to work well. Table tops and shiny surfaces cause mouse to skip.

If you are gonna use weight as an argument..

The mx master 2s is 145g
The g602 with 1 battery is 130g with 1 and 153g with 2 batts.

I dont see how is the g602 not considered freaking heavy based on your context.
:s22:

Other than that your other argument are pretty ok but TS no say want gaming mouse nor play what type of games. We just assume because of his existing mouse choice.

You definitely will not have any issues with games like simulation or turn based games ma.

I usually use G602 with 1 battery to keep the weight down. I also choose a very light battery. Bought a pair, charge 1, use 1.

G602 is 123g with one battery. MX Master 2s is 150g with build in battery.
It is very obvious how heavy MX Master 2s even though the difference in gram isn't much. 27g is a lot of difference in my hands. I hope you understand.

Haha. The G602 doesn't work with those mouse pads that are made of plastic. Only cloth one works.. and maybe something is wrong with my G602... Those colourful cloth type mouse pads also cause the G602 tracking to be wonky.
