Recommend me a sub $300 MB+CPU?

Ok so current rig most prolly dying soon.

Error Code 55.

Already diagnose everything and most prolly conclude that MB/CPU problem.

Long time no come HWC update myself alr, so can any pro gurus recommend me a sub $300 MB+CPU?

Will be reusing all my parts except MB+CPU.

Currently only playing Diablo III thats it.

Get the cheapest MOBO + i5 CPU I think also over $300 liao.

Even the most reasonable i5 combo (4460 + H81M-E35) will set you back $330-$355

Skylake is latest gen Intel CPU, super no point lol.

Get the favourite Core i5-4460 + ASRock H81M-HDS R2.0 from PC Themes at $341 bah.

eh i saw this disclaimer from ASUS site for H81 Gamer:

" Due to Intel® chipset limitation, H81-GAMER can only support single-side memories when four modules are installed and they will run at the maximum transfer rate of DDR3 1066 MHz."

meaning??? i using 2 x 4G 1333 LP rams no issue right?
