Recommend me Cpu/gpu

Previous rig is
i5-
msi 560gtx ti twin frozll
gigabyte b75md-d3v

but both up lorry already

so currently looking for the cheapest i5 , motherboard & gpu for gaming like dota2 & cs:go at max setting with 23inch samsung monitor.
because i experience some fps dropped when multiple tab when gaming. Not really sure what problem is that.
budget as low as possible . < 1k ?

everything except processor,gpu & cpu .

im pretty sure these 3 are the main causes of my problem

Cpu is able to switch on but monitor shows nothing. (Tested with another cpu so my monitor is not faulty one)
Sometimes cpu will switch on and off than sound off continuously beep sound .
Sometimes while gaming , unable to detect GPU then window will change to default screen thus game Fps drop .
Sometimes when switch on , it will bring me to the BIOS and prompt me to load default or customized setting before going into windows.

1st problem are u able to load with onboard gpu as well?

2nd problem, this is quite hard to tell u the issues.

3rd problem, most likely is gpu.

4th problem, is most likely its the onboard battery that is failing.

well overall might be just your gpu issues, except for the 2nd one. maybe u can try running your pc with onboard gpu to test and see if really your mobo and make sure u really remove your GTX 560.

as for replacement parts u are better off getting a haswell i5 system since u wanna reuse all the parts (which means DDR3 ram)

bro let's say if tomorrow i go any pc repair shop to diagnose and its cpu/mb problem than should i just change the cpu/mb then next time change other gpu ?
