Tldr: Looking for sfx psu 450w to 550w with tecware fusion case

abit out of touch with psu saw got $60 fsp one isit safe? Or need get like $100 evga gold one?

Long story: friend gave me htpc with ryzen 2600 inside. I am using it to run linux server. Motherboard is gigabyte ga ab350n running in some e-mini h60 case if you're interested. Using it to code and run scripts 24/7 operation, no gpu. Might add more ssd in the future (mobo supports up to 4 sata 1 nvme)

Currently using 12v 7A adapter but Pc keeps crashing because of insufficient power. Tried searching taobao but the adapter $10 i dunno safe anot, example

Also my chinese isn't the best

Unable to find reliable higher wattage ac adapter e.g 120w and abit scared because alot of the reviews say after 70w adapter stop working or catch fire. So decide to just spend on a proper case and psu and save the headache

the evga psu u linked is actually atx, not sfx, but not to worry, tecware fusion also supports regular atx psus. there is a length limitation if u have a long gpu, but u mentioned this is a gpu less system so that doesn't apply.
if really want sfx, evga's supernova gm series or corsair sf series are good.

I was also interested in the Tecware Fusion case but I read that it will be very hot inside the case if using just air cooling. Was tempted to buy this case because I have a stupid problem recently. I gave my son my own graphic card and took over his 'old' GPU. I was unable to put the GPU onto my MB because it was too long and it was hitting my sata port. Was thinking of buying the fusion case and use a riser cable to solve my GPU problem. Hence started my research on this case. It does accept a ATX PSU but you need to use riser cable if your GPU is too long. Then I saw that heat is a problem and someone mod the top panel to put another fan. End up I give up. Now I am using iGPU for my desktop which is fine since I don't game (which was why I gave my dGPU to my son).

since this doesn't have a gpu and thus consumes less power than regular gaming rigs, I generally have 2 recommendations:

cooler master mwe white v2 450w - $55, not great not terrible budget psu, should be more than sufficient
super flower legion gx pro 650w - $105, great value and quality with capacity for gpu in the future
though since u mentioned reliability, can also consider seasonic focus gx650 @ $140 with 10 year warranty.

I have not used the FSP PSU but I had good experience recently when I did my RMA with TechDynamic. The RMA staff there were reasonable people. I bought my Asrock Deskmini A300 to RMA because the usb port was giving me problem when using usb hub. They tested the port using mouse, keyboard and thumb drive and it was working fine. I could not demonstrate to them as we did not have a usb hub. I explained that i uses usb hub because of the limited port on the machine. I suspect the port will only become problematic if it draws too much power. They accepted my explanation and they changed the MB despite being unable to 'prove' that it was faulty. Thumbs up for them. They however did refused to RMA my KLEVV Ram. It could not post on my own MB but it posted on their MB. So it was a fair game. Because of the good experience I went on to buy a KLEVV SSD last week.
