I have currently got my eyes set on the Panteks Ecpliss P400S but would like to explore the possibility of a better/more suitable case. All suggestions are welcomed. Requirements are as follows:

  • Build quality on par or preferably better than the Eclipse P400S
  • Height and depth no greater than 480mm
  • Fits ATX mobo
  • No front 5" bay
  • Windowed side panel
  • Front intake able to fit two 140mm fan
  • Fan filters included

The case will be used to house the components listed in my signature. Please note the case doesn't necessarily has to be within the price range of the P400S. Happy to pay more within reason for quality.

<500mm height
Front intake for x2 140mm is ok
Fan filters included for top and front
No front 5" bay (removable HDD cage)

Enthoo evolv depth exceeded ts' criteria by 10mm.

That was definitely a case i seriously considered because it seems to have a great build. but ideally I am hopping for something with a smaller front point that is ideally under 480mm for its height and depth which I have since amended in my OP.

Cheers for the reply guys. Will have a look at both the Corsair 400C and the Define R5 case. Any other recommendations please keep it coming!

Iirc r5 and evolv only +/- 2cm

400C and nzxt 340 both are compact

P400 in between the above.

Define s is not bad too if you don't needs those drives bay.

Will do. At the moment I'm leaning towards the P400S because by all accounts the quality on the case is great at the price point.

Actually what is it about the P400S you don't like?

At that price point nothing. Just exploring the possibility of a similar case at a higher price point with even better build and material put into it.
