Recommend Mini ITX / Laptop 14"

Looking for a computer that is small in footprint with a budget of less that $1400 (abit more is okay).

Requirements are daily web surfing and netflix, occasionally light gaming like overcook 2 and dota 2 (nothing really gpu intensive).

Would appreciate any recommendations for a mini itx pc or a 14" laptop.
