Recommend mini itx pc

Hi,

I'm looking to build a custom diy mini its pc mainly for general usage and occasional gaming like FIFA16 and FM16. Previously i'm using NUC i5 broadwell however it's lacking GPU power. My requirements is as follow:

1) silent as NUC
2) low power consumption as NUC

My budget is about $500-$800 (possible?) excluding case, ssd, monitor, keyboard and mouse.

Case: Dan A4 Case or Silverstone FT03 Mini
SSD: reuse existing
Power supply:
Graphics:
CPU:
Motherboard:
Ram:

Any reason 700series over 900 series gfx?

On idle does it still draw high power?

Not possible.
NUC with i5 jiak 15W.
GPU GeForce GTX 750 jiak 55W by itself.
