Recommend new computer with special needs

Hi, I am looking to replace my home rig and have a few, special but common requirements.

Requirements:
◘ Budget: $1100 to $1400
◘ Very Power Saving PSU
◘ Micro ATX build
◘ Very nice casing. White if possible. Retro looking even better.
◘ Used for multi-tasking office work. Many chrome tabs opened at one time.
◘ Very little gaming, so I want a power saving GPU. But I want to be able to support games like Final Fantasy, New Diablo when it comes out.
◘ I am an audiophile so quality of the USB connections on motherboard should be good. I am not sure if motherboard even differentiates good and bad USB.
◘ Nice looking ram in white, but not really needed.

but some parts might not be what you want, You can tell them
what you want or don't want.

Very power saving? Titanium grade PSU? That would take up alot of your budget.

Casing or chassis looks depend on your view. If you don't mind 2nd hand, can look for used or those disposed. Clean it up then install your system in it. SLS stores like Nigel have a ton of old crappy chassis, outside. Unsure if have owners or what.

Chrome tabs just take up more rams.

Support new gaming, it would depend on your monitor and needs. I recommend staying at 1080p 60Hz. Else 144Hz 2160p, you might need double or triple your budget.

Audiophile? Sound card? DAC? I think all usb port is the same right? Is there certain USB port better grade than others? I only know USB has different generations of transferspeed.

For audio you are better off just getting an external dac. But you would already know that since you’re an audiophile.
