Recommend no contract data sim

Hi, anyone can recommend a good no contract data sim to use for mifi?
Was using TPG but it gets too slow now due to the latest throttle.

My current m1 plan only expires next year before i can terminate it.
Looking to get ~10-20gb/month until then.
