3) HP elitebooks.

These are one notch in quality above others generally.
usually comes with 3 years international warranty as well.

Their thinkpad ones are by warrantied by OPUS IT are pretty ok.

Separately, In thailand, my company has lobang to get the Lattitude 7440
which is 256gb ssd and 4gb ram, integrated graphics card for around 39,000 baht.
