Recommend PC for Photo-editing

Hi guys, can recommend a full PC build for photo-editing? Need 23inch monitor, dvd drive and OS. Was wondering if can squeeze in a 120 GB ssd and a gfx or not. Budget $1500, cheaper is better. Thanks!!!

$1000 may not be enough. But your current rig on your right is still able to go on. And is still strong.

1k wont land you an i7 and a monitor.

Haha.. sry guys.. It's not for me.. It's for my friend. If don't have ssd or gfx, is it still ok? I not sure if photo-editing benefits from gfx or not though.

Can be done. But i will update here again. Cause if im not wrong there is new price updates again. So will be heading down SLS later to hoot my 140mm LED fan and then at the same time take an updated price list.
