My brother saw this advert

Specs:
i7-4790 (3.6Ghz, 8MB L3 Cache)
Windows 8.1
Nvdia GT710 (2GB DDR3 RAM)
16GB Ram, 2TB HDD
DVD Super-Multi Double-Layer Drive
Integrated Wireless Lan and Bluetooth
Wireless Keyboard and mouse
Price:1199SGD

Can anyone recommend a better rig for my brother if he is to build himself (DIY)
Some things he wants:
Windows 7 Home OS
NO NEED keyboard mouse speakers and monitor

P.S. The last i saw there is an edmwer who is willing to go down to people house and build for them after we request to buy the individual parts. Anyone knows does he still do what he does? Who is he ah?

THANKS in advance :)

He plays:

Dota 2
heartstone
far cry 4
gta v
and upcoming games

in medium settings.

no overclocking, no video rendering just normal surfing and movies watching.

CPUs usable range from AMD x4 860K to Intel i5 series. i7 is overkill for games. Gfx need to be higher, though I would say mid-range is more than enough. :s22:

710 is about the same as integrated graphics. I suggest 750 and above for better game experience.

Do you really need Bluetooth? You can get a usb wifi adapter or a motherboard with wifi built-in or a PCI-e n15 wireless card but it will take up your PCI-e slot.

I don't think he really needs bluetooth, although i feel that he would need wifi card or integrated wifi.

Anyone could list me some of the compatible specs?

CPU+MOBO
GFX
Memory
Storage
Casing
PSU
OS Windows 7 Home

P.S. SSD is preferred
