Airflow going in to the chassis use high air flow 140mm fans such as the corsair af140.

If there is an obstruction like hdd cage etc. Use high static fans such as 120mm sharkoon blades.

Sharkoon blades

Only 0.1A
1.2w
Max 1000rpm at 19dB

But the magical static 2.63mmh20

my cavalier i think only can put 80mm front fan. anyway i also had it disconnected liao as the bearing is worn out... quite noisy. lazy to change so just leave it as it is. only the rear 120mm fan is drawing out air (besides the seasonic psu fan).

any decent quiet 80mm fan to recommend? key concern is silence. heat is not of my concern as i'm not heavy user and the casing is quite spacious. just the basic optical drive, 1 ssd, 1 hdd, 1 gts450, that's it.

just found my cavalier's default 120mm fan has 1200rpm, 42cfm and 22dba.

Too many fans in the market, not easy to capture attention.. Summore, gt big brands to fight with, like Corsair, Noiseblocker, GT, Noctua, etc...

Only the AF120 high perf can match AF140 airflow, but it will be much noiser. So, it would be better to get the AF140, unless u dun have mounting holes for 140mm..

Yeah mine can't mount 140mm, so only can go for 120mm.

Is importing an option? If it is, just import Gentle Typhoon AP13s off FrozenCPU.
You can't go wrong with gentle typhoons.

If it isn't an option, I would go buy Yate Loons from tj258. The rest of the fans aren't really good.

Way too many fans to do review. As you can see most of the fans review are quite back dated.

Plus, sharkoon branding is not very big. They aren't those fierce marketing strategy type that will go all out to push their names in the market.

Anyway a good static pressure fan. Tested and find it very useful. So far been using it and its good.

Nf-a15 pwm? 140mm fan with 120mm mounting holes.
I find sp120 and af120 quiet series noisy in comparison to my noctua nf-a15.

My 2 cents.

have a hunch it won't fit because the space i have is just slightly wider than 120mm. if the frame of this nf-a15 extends out 2cm or more, will tio block liao.
