My 3 year old CM storm trigger (cherry red) became unresponsive. Convergent unable to service since warranty over.

Looking for a new replacement.

Any advise?

My TOP requirement is it has to have really quiet key presses.

Hmm... What's wrong with corsair?

Nothing much except last one was a corsair so may want to try something else. I also did not realise the keyboard only lasted 3 years only. So.......

The MX silent keys are exclusive to Corsair now. I guess you have to install o-rings then.

These o rings can be bough from those hardware stores or it is specially for keyboards?

I just saw the strafe slient switch at cybermind. Very tempted.

I honestly have no use for RGB lighting but the slient switch & the overall look appeal to me

You can just go for the red LED only strafe instead of the RGB one. It is cheaper.

I know. But the slient switch feature is too tempting.
Anyway I just got it.

Every next keyboard I buy is getting pricer.

There is a red LED silent key too. Haha it's going to be worth it :D
