If u don’t mind some modifications, grab the tecware nexus, throw out those fans and replace them with other fans from CM, noctua, Vardar, whatever suits your tastes, the stock fans are pretty crappy to be honest. Then get some acrylic to cover up the unsightly holes which expose cable management..

With budget 250-300, Look at :

Fractal Design Meshify C + 3x 120mm fans for better cooling.

Fractal Design Define C TG + 2x 140mm fans for silence.

Fractal Design cases are more of function than looks.

If you want looks but don't sacrifies funciton,

In-win 303C with RGB LED Fans on the top exhaust.

Can consider latest craze, Li-Lian PC-O11 Dynamic but its mainly made for Liquid cooling
