Be glad u got a 4* and not all 2* dupes. There are folks who blow thru hundreds of crystals and get crap

Each crystal is only a 1% chance of getting a 4*. It doesn't mean that if u don't have many 4*, u will be getting 4* from crystals. It will still be 2* most of the time unless u r lucky

Ya understand that. Buy realistically speaking whether it's 1% or 1.8% or 5%, if people spend so much, like opening 100/200 times and not getting a few 4*, I don't think they'll ever spend again on the game

Why do u think people are complaining so much about dupes and quitting the game? The reason is exactly what u have described.
Even though probability is 1%, every crystal is independent, so it doesn't mean that if u open 100 crystals, u are guaranteed to get at least 1 4*.

That shouldn't be the way. It just discourages people from spending further. Esp those character crystals.

What nonsense it is that u could go through an entire bundle without actually seeing the character. It should be 100% that character, and the star type just subjected to the probability.

Now buyers are subjected to 2 layers of probability, first to even see the character, then the star type.

mobile legends also have similar for skins. But ofc its a scam cos its almost 100% to get on the 10th try or maybe very very lucky the 9th. And they scale up the $ needed to open after each try, so it'll reach very ex at the 10th try, which is bs

Yes that probability is about right. Which is absurd. It's like ordering a chicken burger, and maybe u will get a fish burger, whether u like it or not.
