Hi,

I am a 21 yr old, non-smoking male and am looking for advice as to whether to get a term or a life insurance. I have received advice to obtain term insurances and to invest for higher returns as opposed to getting life insurances with higher premiums that pay fund managers and other hidden costs.

Also, are there any other benefits to getting CI coverage at this age besides earlier coverage? Such as lower premiums in the long run?

As such, i would like to request for recommendations from financial advisors on any specific insurance plans that might suit someone of my age.
I do not have any dependents or any needs, am just looking to start early for lower premiums.

Thank you.

Hi I think we could have a good chat over this before you get into anything.

Yes, benefits of starting early is that you pay less premiums over the years and get covered for a longer time period. A combination of wholelife and term is something you can consider.

Feel free to pm me if you need specific plans to look at from the IFA platform :)
