[Recommendation] Bang For Bucks Rig

Dear experts,

Would like you to recommend me a PC Rig that is bang for bucks.
Any recommendation will be taken seriously.

My usage will be;-
1) Light video/photo edit as i own a low end dslr and kinda enthusiast for now.
2) Might purchase some games like H1Z1 from steam to play.
3) Surf net/youtubing/some torrents

My desires;-
1) Dell monitor U2715H - Whooping $800 (Please advise worth or not)
2) Case : Corsair air 540
3) Low end i7 / SSD / 2TB HDD for my photos
4) 2.1 Audio M10 Swan - $139

I need OS/Keyboard&Mouse/everything from scratch.

My budget expected to be below $3000

With a 3K budget, you might want to wait for the new AMD/Nvidia GPUs to launch before deciding on the rig.

probably need to wait for 2 months at least, if decide to go for Pascal

Okey thanks you guys for your feedback. Probably will be back in 2 mths time.
Since i do not really need the PC urgently. Just for convenience to do stuff in my room.
