Hi guys!

Can anyone recommend an external HDD 1TB? Or 2tb is fine as well if there's any particular strong reason to get it over the 1TB.

Purpose is to store documents and work stuff.

Ok to get from Challenger? as need it quite urgent.

Thanks for the help!

the price difference between 1TB and 2TB are not that big... 1TB is around $70 and 2TB is around $100 (prices from Dynacore's pricelist)

no strong reason to choose 1 over the other size. Depends which one you need and willing to pay.

I suggest getting WD harddisk. If your data are important to you, you may want to get a SSD instead, much higher reliability compared to conventional HDD

2TB is cheaper per GB. I usually get WD Elements for not important stuff like movies and pictures. Whereas, if you want a secure drive with password software and stuff, get the Passport perhaps.

Also, nowadays have external SSD. If you have high speed USB 3.1 Gen 2 on your pc or laptop, then it's worth considering for its high speed transfer rate, provided you will use it pretty often.
