If you want to avoid the trouble of searching, self install and troubleshooting with issues, just get from aftershock
and buy your own monitor, keyboard, mouse and OS from SLS.

what kind of resolution and refresh rate are u targeting? monitor can cost basically anything given the many combos of resolution and fps which will also affect ur budget for the pc and in turn its performance quite dramatically. also, aftershock not the best system integrator in terms of qc, heard many horror stories about them. i would have suggested diy but u dont sound like that kind of person, so maybe look at other pc builders like dreamcore, or even see what kind of pcs that the pc shops at sim lim square can offer u.

For newb i guess safest is go PC theme find yilong ba , for ur usage roughly tell u

Intel 12gen i5
Asus B660 Plus atx
Samsung 970 evo plus nvme 500GB as system drive
16GB ram
Super flower 750w / Seasonic
Window pre install free version ( Later go online find $5 -10 key can activate)

Monitor is really subjective , i usually go either
Dell Ultrasharp 27'' 1440p
27'' or 32'' 1440p IPS panel 144hz ( I dont recommand 4K is because 1440p with fast refresh is king now at the moment)

All those confirm within $2500
