Recommendation for a Refurbished Laptop

Hi there,

I am thinking of getting a refurbished laptop like x230 thinkpad, which cost about 220 SGD now.
The purpose of the laptop is to be used for programming and running on linux PC.
It will be good if the laptop has the following features:
- dual hdd ( i am thinking of replacing the DVD-RW as an external HDD)
- usb-c connector, for me to connect to the ugreen dongle.
- 500 GB SSD, I am going to clone the harddrive drive from one laptop to this laptop.
- the monitor should have good refresh rate, as I am prone to eye strain and migraine.

Yeah, no way you're gonna get all that for 200+ SGD. Probably have to spend at least 500+ to buy something modern enough to have USB-C and a decent screen by modern standards.

Check Dell's Factory Outlet now and then and see what comes up.
