Planning to get a new system as current one is near 5yrs old, mainly used for moderate gaming (dota2, far cry5, witcher 3, hunt:showdown)

Speakers/monitor are ~10yrs old, just got a Logitech G560 and considering Prism+ x270 / W270 V2 (not sure if my system is ideal to support 1440p)

Aesthetics/RGB is important as i want to fulfill my dreams of having a nice setup (also part of home decor)

Case: NZXT H510 Elite
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo: ASROCK B450 Pro or MSI B450 Tomahawk
GPU: Zotac GTX 1660 Super Amp 6GB
SSD: Adata XPG S40G 256/512GB (saw 256gb avail on shopee)
HDD: Toshiba P300 1TB
Memory: Adata XPG D60G 3600Mhz CL16
PSU: Master Cooler MWE Gold 550W or Seasonic Focus Gold 550FM
CPU Cooling: NZXT X53 or Z63 (to put my dog's gif)

Hoping experienced bros can give some advice on this set up.
Certain parts offer some savings if getting from Amazon/Newegg/Shopee, worth it or not? Like the XPG SP40G 256GB avail on shopee seems to only offer MY warranty(not applicable) and not the 5yr warranty stated on XPG website.

In the past have always let SLS shops assemble my PC but this time round want to try DIY :s22:

Can you share your existing rig details and let us know what Budget you working with?

I just did my own setup a few weeks back and went all out. I know that’s not what your after but would be good to know what your target is :)

If you really want to keep the budget tight then this maybe a good config for you!

Mines an old i5 w 8gb ram.. Got a gtx 1050 few years ago so I could play witcher 3..

Budget for cpu prob abt 1.8 - 2k, if less the better :p

Just want to get some advice on whether the parts I listed are alright to be assembled together, and mainly is it worth buying parts online (since they are cheaper n SLS is closed)

Say I buy sth from amazon, does it mean I have to send back to USA or wherever for repairs? The XPG ssd that I enquired on shopee mentioned the warranty is for Malaysia only, meaning I can't send it back to manufacturer in TW if it is faulty?

Thanks
