Recommendation for camera repair shop

I have one Nikon D7000 for many years with a Nikon zoom len. I did not keep in a humdity controlled environment. Never use for few years now try to use it and realize the picture is blur. I suspect could be due to the len problem? can such problem be rectified or must buy a new len?

I hope is not the camera problem but just the len.

Anyone can recommend me a reliable shop to help me?

Do you know how to check for fungus in the lens ?

Am looking for one too…. I texted Camera hospital and waiting for response.
Other option is to go by official route i.e. Canon , Nikon etc.
