Recommendation for Color Copier

hi folks, looking for a wireless color copy/print/scan/fax for small office, budgeting 700 - below 1k for the machine

Really quite clueless on such machines, any advice or insights would be much appreciated

No preference between inkjet or laser but would i be right to assume laser is better in the sense the "ink" doesn't dry up as quickly?
