Recommendation for compact 2-bay NAS

Hi,

I'm looking to buy a compact 2-bay NAS of about 4-6TB total usable storage, in a RAID1 configuration for home use. Usage will be backup of mostly photos and videos, so performance isn't much of a concern - anything that supports USB3/GbE should be sufficient. Data safety is more of a concern, hence the RAID1 configuration requirement.

Any recommendations?
