Recommendation for custom PC diagnosis and fix

Hi all,

I have a 5 year old custom PC that has issues starting up. It was built by a friend who's now too busy to help me troubleshoot, so I'm looking for recommendations for a reliable person who can help me diagnose and recommend what to be changed, or better still, replace and charge it to me. Can anyone recommend please? Thanks in advance.

u can go down to SLS and find GS (by his nickname in HWZ) at lvl 2 PC care and solutions for his help.
