Recommendation for dermatologist?

Hi folks, I have many skin tags on my neck and chest and wanted to remove them. They are quite unsightly and get caught on clothing. Been to NSC for removal once.. I find their service is non existent and in fact quite painful. Hence wanted to find another docs for help. TIA.
