Recommendation for desktop

My old desktop keeps freezing after using for may be 10mins or so.

I am planning to get a new desktop. Mainly for watching dramas and doing work. Any recommendation? I was considering HP Pavilion R135D.

what's your budget and what kind of work? purely microsoft office stuff? what other kind of work stuff?
