Recommendation for gaming rig about $2k

Hi experts,

I am keen to get a gaming rig for watch dogs for around $2k, including kb and mouse but not monitor as my bro gave me a dell 23" monitor, U2312HM never used. Need new OS too

Prefer Geforce card too, any help is appreciated.

I just tried BF4 with everything on. lag like **** when supersampling is set to 200%. GPUZ says it's taking up 3.5Gb of VRAM. when SS is set to 100%, it take a little over 2Gb.

If he's gonna play WD with everything on, probably need Titan or Titan SLI or R295x2 to play with everything on.

mouse will recommend u get logitech g400s, then get a ducky mechanical keyboard its worth the price

Most good optical mice use an AVAGO-3090 or AVAGO-3050 sensor or similar (many mice use these sensors but have bad firmware that ruin the tracking), avoid pixart sensors such as the ones used in all optical steelseries mice/zowie mico, they have predicition and a low perfect control speed.

Great mice that either use the Avago-3090 sensor or are extremely similar are:

MX518 (has prediction problems)
Roccat Savu (has tracking problems on a lot of surfaces)

The MLT-04 Electronics sensor, which is what is used by a lot of professional gamers in Counter-Strike and Quake is found in the old Microsoft mice:

R9 290 will jiak 770 for breakfast lunch dinner. Comparable is the 780.

A higher VRAM dun mean it can lvl up to the next tier...

Gtx 770 no need 4gb unless multiple screens or sli. There is a memory bandwidth that caps at ard 2GB.
