budget will be 250-300. I'm playing dota 2, but getting very high ping and weird image appearing when im playing. Doesn't seems to be cause of internet speed.

Yes, im using this power. Do i have to change it?

ping is not related to gpu lol...

I think could be some software issue...

Have you seen anything weird happen in other games besides DoTA?

If don't have I don't think GPU is the culprit already

sounds like a DoTA 2 problem to me
