Recommendation for graphics card

hi, gotta admit I am not really into graphics card and gaming stuff. But recently wanted to play some games so need some recommendations some graphic cards that

1) Can play games like dota 2, fifa online 3, counter strike, some random racing games

2) value for money (don't wanna pay extra for smth I dun need)

I think the R9 270 or GTX 750 would be good enough. Specific manufacturer wait for suggestions from bros here.
