I would like to replace my 22 year-old kitchen counter top but not sure what type of materials is good and durable.
Please advise if quartz is the in-thing now and if it's easy to maintain. Or what other better options.
Do you have any recommendations for contractors for this?
If I would like to also replace the gas stove, do I need to get the same current hole size?
Also, would you recommend a change in the sink? Although it's 22 years old, it's still good though has mild stains as it's beige in colour. I think it's porcelain.
Is there any other factors that I should consider?
Thank you.
