Would like to pick the brains of the best and brightest here regarding laptop recommendations.
Laptop will be mainly used for work - primarily running very memory extensive excel sheets through long hours.

criteria:
- 32gb ram minimum
- some mobility, lightweight
- 15inch screen minimum
- budget ~2.5 - 3.5k
- average or better battery life

I'm using LG Gram 17 and it fits your criteria, however I got it from Amazon US as local models don't have 32gb RAM.

Fujitsu fmv mh 15 amd or intel. Ask them help u upgrade to 32 on the spot.

For Excel work, it will be better to get a large 16 inch screen laptop or have another large 30 inch monitor to complement.

32 GB should be more than enough for office work but get models that allow you to upgrade the memory yourself as it will be a lot cheaper.

Wait for Black Friday to buy from Amazon. China laptop from Tao Bao is even cheaper if you know how to reinstall into English Windows 11.
