Recommendation for laptop servicing?

[throwawayz]

Hey guys,
I was thinking of sending my laptop for cleaning(hardware wise) as my laptop is consistently making noises and even shutdown sometimes.
Anyone got any recommendations to send for servicing? like cleaning the fan and reapplying thermal paste etc. What is the budget too?
Much thanks!
