if you are flexible on either screen or weight got lot more options.

you can try looking at hp laptops. all below your price point and above 14" screen.(excepte envy x2).
but i not sure of battery life but weight should be about 2 kg or less.

or can look at samsung series 9 and 7 laptop

many ultra portable and ultrabooks fit your criteria. Its just a matter of usage.
Are you using for work? School? or just leisure usage like music, FB, Youtube, MS word and no gaming?

otherwise you can also consider tabtop (Tablet convertible to laptop), which is able to give you much longer battery life. You can look at Lenovo, Asus, Acer
