Recommendation for laptops for Data Science

Need some recommendations for laptop mainly used to learn data science. Just starting out learning so not too sure what is actually required.

Some basic requirements i can think of (pls feel free to suggest more):

-Price <$1.5K
-Reliability and durability
-Good after sales support
-Resale value after say about a year of use (preferably)

if Tensorflow or Pytorch then need discrete GPU lor, I think Legion 5 RTX 3050/3060 is a good fit.

Laptop and "Resale value" don't go together unless it's a Mac.
